First Aid/CPR/AED and Caregiving
The Metropolitan Atlanta Chapter offers courses which are instructor lead, chapter-based classes (taught in Red Cross facilities):
All our courses provide the most up-to-date health and safety guidelines. In our recently revised First Aid/CPR/AED program, we’ve incorporated the latest science for first aid, CPR and emergency cardiovascular care and bring you a wealth of educational innovations to enhance the learning experience.
Features of the new program include:
- An innovative and engaging “practice-while-you-watch” instructional method that allows learners to perform skills along with a video while a classroom instructor provides more individual guidance.
- New training DVDs set in either workplace or community environments, enhancing the relevancy of training for your staff.
- New participant materials to support the learning process and provide an excellent refresher and reference after training.
- The skills training required to meet OSHA Guidelines for First Aid Programs.

IMPORTANT NOTE
Transfer and Refund Policy
Effective 7/27/2010 we will adhere to the National fee schedule for all cancellations classes. This is the same fee that the system will automatically calculate when someone drops from a class.
American Red Cross Cancellation Fees for Classroom offerings:
Cancellation Occurs Drop Fee
2 weeks prior to class 10%
1 week prior to class 25%
2 days prior to class 50%
